You will not have to attend court and no solicitors need be involved
PLEASE NOTE when you submit the documentation to your local county court that you will need to pay mandatory court fees of £300 to initiate the court procedure. There is also a fee of £40 payable when applying for your Decree Absolute. You may however, be eligible for court fee exemption.
